Daniel Craig reveals he can’t wait to reprise his role as James Bond the suave spy for the third time. “The new Bond movie is on hold but I am champing at the bit to get going on it as quickly as possible.

Craig and the producers are in the process of making his third Bond film (the 23rd overall in the series) but on April 19, 2010, it was announced to have been suspended indefinitely due to the crippling debt and uncertain future of MGM.

He tells Britain’s Daily Star, “The new Bond movie is on hold but I am chomping at the bit to get going on it as quickly as possible. I love playing Bond. I don’t want to be away from it for too long.”
